Laser App Software Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Laser App Software collects information from users at several different points on our website.
Online Orders & Download Requests
We request information from the user when placing secure purchases and when downloading evaluation software and updates. For online purchases a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user. Similar information including email addresses are collected when requesting various download materials.
Cookies
This site does not currently use cookies. Our website technicians make every effort to avoid the use of cookies to reduce all too common problems when users do not have them enabled. However, some links from this site to other sites may require you to use cookies. These cookies are not in our control and do not originate from this website.
Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

In order to continue expanding our library of forms, we may occasionally share form download statistics with fund companies and/or broker/dealer organizations. The information we provide may include the following: your name, your office city, your office state, and how many times you have downloaded the fund company's or broker/dealer organization's forms. We do not provide your office street address, office phone number, broker/dealer information, or any other personally identifiable information.
We will use and share individual user information under subpoena or in legal defense proceedings where required by applicable law. This includes the use of such information in defense against claims brought by individuals, courts, or other organizations.
