Organization is key!
  1. Preparing for paperwork to be done.
    • Prepare a spreadsheet or a chart indicating each client (bunch husband and wife together if they will need paperwork for any joint accounts) and each type of account each client has with you, the rep. You need to know which client(s) need(s) which forms to be filled out for them. While our software won’t be using this spreadsheet or listing, you certainly will!

  2. Initial Setup of Rep and Broker/Dealer
    • How to enter repetitive information for the rep(s) and your broker/dealer
    • Entering new clients into our Laser App database – Network data to create new databases as needed for each set of clients.
    • Getting Forms
      • How to find the forms you want to use.
      • How to select and download them.

  3. General use of our software
